Our Team Members

Sayed Masihullah Hashimi is a current Cinema, Radio and Television student at Istanbul University. He participated Blossom Hill Fellowship 2019 and is the co-founder of L4F. Through cinema, he intends to present new aspects of Afghan community.

Ahmad Fayaz Ghanizada is a current student of BBA at Kabul University. He is a TESOL certified instructor and has been a volunteer at L4F since 2018.

Mahdi Aliyar has started his professional career as a photographer and producer. He has been in the production team of prize-winning short films, and his short animation was nominated at Lajaward Festival.

Ali Reza Elia is a Blossom Hill Fellowship alumni. He has worked as English Language Instructor at Jahan Academic Center for 2 years. He and Masihullah Hashimi co-founded L4F on November 2018 as high-school students. His passion is to better for his community and humanity in any way he can.

Fariba Mazhar finished high school in Badakhshan and then graduated from English Language Literature at Kabul University. She has been a volunteer for TDH, Fund Street Children, and Defend Children Rights. She has worked at JRS and currently is an English Language Instructor at PARSA.

Nilofar Benawa has been a member of L4F since 2019. She got her bachelor's degree in English Language Literature in 2019. She is an alumna of Blossom Hill Fellowship as well. She has worked as lecturer at Kabul University, English Language Instructor for Bakhtar High School, Access Program at US Embassy, and PARSA programs (Sister for Sister, Brother for Brother, and Scout). She is currently Business Development Associate and Trainer at PARSA.

Fatima Hashimi is a current student of Law and Political Science at Khatam-Al-Nabien University. Her business plan has won the entrepreneurship prize of Blossom Hill Fellowship in 2020. She is head of Translation Department at Ebtikar-e-Jawan Research and Consulting Company.
